iPhone (and potentially iPad) users may experience an error when opening a Nintex Form, usually via a link in an Approval email or Teams notification.
It can be resolved by ensuring the Safari settings are as follows (under the device's System Settings):
- On your iOS device, navigate to Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security
- Disable 'Block All Cookies'
- Disable 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking'
Once those updates are made, close Safari completely and then try clicking on the link again.
There is the ability to push these updates to the device using Intune Policy, however as of 8/16/2023 we are not actively deploying that to all devices because of security concerns. We will
