Clear NPC Cookies to resolve random issues with pages not loading properly (Server Error in '/' Application)

  1. click on the padlock icon to the left of the address bar in Chrome
  2.  click on Cookies
  3. select and hit remove on each of the 2 sites as shown below
  4. select done and reload your browser window and NPC
